Since the 1960's Joe Atzenhoffer, father of HVAC R&D Host Rhydon Atzenhoffer, has given his homemade blend of Cajun Seasoning to his closest Friends, Family and Customers. If you got a jar of spice from Cajun Joe it was because you meant something to him.

Cajun Joe is a Louisiana Native and HVACR Guru. He created this spice to bring some of his Cajun roots to his friends and family, including his HVACR family.

It was because of what it has meant to him and so many of us over the years, HVAC R&D believed that it was time his famous seasoning was shared to the world.

HVAC R&D has partnered with Cajun Joe's Bayou Spice as the primary distributor and retailer and is committed to helping Joe's gift to the world be shared far and wide and to help ease Cajun Joe out of the attics and crawlspaces and into the kitchen where he belongs, making more spice for us to help him sell.
